Simply Ballroom is the Magic of Midtown

Simply Ballroom is located in the new Mid-Town of Omaha. Conveniently located just seconds from the interstate, Simply Ballroom is the ideal location for Social Events, Corporate Functions, and Private Affairs.

Simply Ballroom is situated on the corner of 27th & Farnam just East of the interstate and Midtown Crossing Turner Park. We are an ideal choice for product launch events, baby showers, wedding receptions, and private events such as birthday parties, retirement parties, holiday parties, engagement parties and countless other functions.

Our space is versatile and can accommodate just about any function. Our towering 16 foot ceilings, 750 Sq. Ft. lounge, and our wall to wall wood floors in the ballrooms make our venue perfect for any function.

Rental Rates:

Friday Rental: $850 Rental of entire facility with use of two ballrooms from 6:00 p.m. until midnight.

Maximum occupancy 300 people.

Saturday Rental: $1,400 Rental of entire facility with use of two ballrooms from 6:00 p.m. until midnight.

Maximum occupancy 300 people.

Ceremony: There is no additional fee to have your ceremony at Simply Ballroom. If you are having your reception with us it’s free!

Maximum occupancy 200 people.

Rental Rate Includes:

Tables, chairs, white or black table linens, white or black table skirting, white chair covers, table center pieces which consist of a square mirror, vase and flame-less candle, 10 high cocktail tables, 120 feet of white lights (for above mirrors only) 2 – 8Ft lighted archways used for ceremony and/or cake tables, 1 – 8Ft archway with white fabric used for ceremony, 2 different back drops for head table and/or cake table, 4 white roman column pillars used for ceremony, set up and clean up of these items, trash removal during your entire event, slide show of photo’s on our big screen TV’s, in house security and banquet staff mandatory for all events and provided by Simply Ballroom.

Hire your own Caterer, D.J. and Bartender.

Security Deposit:

$400 deposit is needed to hold your event date. (This fee is in addition to the rental rate.  In the event of a cancellation, the deposit will not be refundable.)

Additional Time:

(For setting up.) $100 per hour (Additional hours for set up maybe scheduled at any time the day of the event.)

Keg Dispenser:

$75 per unit – per event (If you are having kegs it is required to rent our dispensers.)

Wedding Dance Lessons

Simply Ballroom is proud to be one of the first dance studios in the Midwest to specialize in wedding dance instruction. We offer a $25 private dance lesson to all wedding couples!
